The 2nd capacity building programme for semester 1 B.Ed students was conducted on 09th November 2022, the resource person was Mr. Manoj G. Govt higher secondary school teacher. The programme was both informative and entertaining , the talk started with a formal introduction and moved into interesting activities. The first activity involved making us write some statements and finding out the most fitting person for each statement, this activity was filled with great fun. The next activity involved putting circles on a sheet of paper and checking the determination of teacher-trainees in putting the maximum number of zeros in the white paper. The session ended with a question-answer session , in which the resource person shared his personal experience as a teacher, after the session a good number of students came forward with their valuable feedback's. From their feedback it was clearly evident that the students really enjoyed the session.
